| Is it me? Advice needed. Hi All, I recently purchased a fully built and previously flown Hawk Sport heli from a reputable model shop locally. The shop checked it over and a pilot demoed it for me. In flight the tail waggled slightly and the pilot said the gyro needed slight adjustment, which he performed using a small screwdriver. We did not re - fly the heli. Now when I throttle up to attempt to hover the main engine torque causes the heli to rotate about its axis. Is this because of the untried adjustment, or is it down to me (pilot error)? I am a complete novice and any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you. NICKT |

| Re: Is it me? Advice needed. Well, the last problem I had similar to yours was 18 months ago when I first built my helicopter. The problem probably has to do with your Gyro. There should be a little switch on your gyro to switch the direction it compensates. Give that a shot, I am sure it should resolve the issue. |
