Guys and Gals,

I have to post this here due to the fact that it is important and deserves all of our attention.

A few days ago April 1st 2005 I learned of a 9yr old girl that was Killed by a remote control helicopter in Korea.
A pilot was demonstrating the Helicopter at a local school in front of a couple hundred children and Teachers. There was some sort of lock out on the heli and the pilot lost control. The heli crashed into a 9yr old girl and 2 others.
Sadly the 9yr old girl was dead on arrival at hospital, The other 2 children escaped with minor injuries.

I dont know the exact details of the school or the saftey precausions taken. The heli was a Hirobo Eagle WCll.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be carefull out there and don't take unneccersary chances. If you fly and children are near land and pack up. Use the sence that is a requirment for the safe opperation of these heli's. They are great fun BUT can and are dangerous in the wrong place and time.

My sympathy goes to the family of this young life lost.
