Piccolo Pro????

Ok I just purchased a Piccolo Pro and I was thinking about getting some stuff fro helihobby.com and I need your help. Right now I have a piccolo pro with a brushless motor by Hacker the B-20 The blue Hitec servos a futaba gy 240 gyro a castle speed control for the brushless motor an electron six reciver Lipo batteries and alot of other hop ups such as the PMP metal head and autorotation. I need to know if I should get a brushless tail motor and which one also I need some help chooseing a Lipo battery Charher and I also am looking at a new transmitter and wanted to know what you guys thought. Plz Help, Thank You
