| esky honeybee legal issue help please Hi i recently brought an esky honeybee 2 helicopter from a uk seller in england and recieved the said article. on trying to aquire spares for it ie training gear i was informed by my local model shop that it is ilegal to use as it uses 72mhz is this correct? and ca anyone advise me on this regards colin |

| Hi Colin, I'm affraid that here in the UK it is not legal to use 72mhz frequency for airbourn models. In the uk ALL aircraft that are remote control are required to operate on the 35mhz frequency. I am not sure but the 72mhz is reserved for ground based models and as such you would be at risk of loosing control of your aircraft or taking control of sombody elses ground model. You can be persude if this was to happen and if unlucky enough can end up in court. Aircraft operate on 35mhz here in the UK. (Sorry mate)
