Another newbie

Just note to say hey. I just picked up a Kyosho concept 30 today. It's in pretty rough shape right now. It's last crash has left it rotor less for over a year. LOTS OF DUST!
Please bear with me if i ask lots of questions. Especialy the stupid ones. All my RC experiance has been with four wheels. So .. I know I will have a lot of them.
Look forward to posting with you.

Welcome to the fold,
Take it slow steady and absorbe as much information as you can.
Know your heli before you start the engine, Learn as much about the aspects of it as you can then you should be fine.

The only thing I have to advise you about is that parts for the Concept are becoming hard to come by now. This model has been replaced by a very capable and user friendly Caliber 30.

Good luck

Daz:
The one good thing about the purchase is that is was from a friend. I actually traded it for one of my nitro trucks. So I have a good teacher. I have seen him fly both of his machines. I now one of them.
As to the Concept 30 vs. the Caliber 30, would I be better of to sell mine and buy a Caliber?
Would mine be worth fixing to learn on?

Thanks for the Reply.
Jes
