Belt -CP Blades

gosh the instructions with this heli ****.

I have the carbon fiber version

Question...do I tighten down blades or are they supposed to
be loose so that centriphical force straightens them out?

It came pre-built...should it NOT need much trimming?..
it seems way off when I test flew it.

Lastly, I guess I have to have the front body shell on it?...
without it the battery has attendancy to want to slide off.

thanks

Re: Belt -CP Blades

You want the blades to be tight enough that when you hold the heli on it's side they will stay in place, but if you shake it a little bit, they should droop.

Even thought it's pre-built, you should take some time and go thru it entirely.
Check all the screws making sure everything is tight, and metal to metal contact has locktite on them.
Level the swash plate and then check the tracking on the blades.
Better to take some extra time and make sure she flies well and avoid hav ing to rebuild it after a crash because something was not put together right.
Good luck.
