X-Helis new policy

I hope I am not breaking any rules hers. Just wanted to inform you of X-Helis new policy.
I copied the chat exactly so as not to bias anyone. Be sure of the products before you order

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'sally'
sally: Hello, my name is Sally. How may I help you today?
Rodger: [Order ID or Order Number if applicable.] 344169 > > I just recieved this order and was supprised to learn that the flybars > were single items, and appears to have been repackaged. I have ordered > in the past and they were sold as pairs. Thd price you charged is > nearly identical to other vendors that are priced as pairs.
sally: we sell those single item
Rodger: is the price going to reflect the new single item?
sally: what do you mean?
Rodger: will you adjust the price to reflect the new packaging or will the price still be the same as you used to charge for a pair, like you did on the past?
sally: all our items is brand new
Rodger: ok, I have bought several times from you in the past, I have bought 6 packs of flybars, all were in pairs and you charged about 2.00 for the pair, now you are selling one for 1.50. THe website does not show a picture, so I thought you would still sell them as a pair, not just one.
sally: we sell them as singles
Rodger: ok I will pass this info along to the heli forums. I think the price is a little high, but I will make sure to inform them of your new policy.

Re: X-Helis new policy

It depends on what type of bird you're looking for parts for.

I've had great experiences with both Tower and especially Horizon Hobby.
