Newbie with choices - and unsure

G'day all,

Im just curious as to what everyone thinks - I have two real choices for a rc heli. (bear in mind im a newbie who likes difficult things!) The blade 400 3d and the honey bee king II.

I want something that I could add conceivably abt 50-100 grams of weight to and still fly well when doing advanced maneuvers.

The one thing about the hb king 2 is the fact i can get it for almost half the cost of blade 400 3d.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

I think the Blade 400 is the better deal for someone just getting started in the hobby. The reason that I recommend the Blade over the Honey Bee is that it comes with the Spektrum DX6 2.4 radio system. This is also the reason that it cost twice as much. Most RTF Heli's (like the Honey Bee) are shipped with vary generic electronics that you will probably find yourself wanting to upgrade in a short time. In the long run starting out with state of the art equipment will save you money.
Hears a link to the TX that comes with the Blade if you would like to check it out a bit more.

Yeah, I know the controller with the blade is superior, but Im gonna stick with basics for quite a while, besides, I can pick up the controller for almost the differnce in costs between the Blade and honey bee
