re: Blades

I bought some new blades and I did the most common thing , I did not look how they came off. Which way does the rotor blade turn? Which way does the blades goes on? fat end to sharp end ? same as the other side or do they turn opposite direction of each other?

Re: Blades

Ok, The blunt end goes to the forward edge. Most heli main blades rotate clockwise as you look down from above it. Just put the blunt edge towards the leading edge of rotation.

Re: Blades

Thank you . That will help alot. I had to soilder a couple of wires on a new motor for the first , but not the last , last night. I had ever have to do electric stuff before. The first motor on my walkera E22 craped out after the first small crash. I have not even been outside yet. Thats going to be a trip. I am practicing with the simulator. It is not as fun ,but alot cheaper.

Re: Blades

Use training gear outside because helis tip over easily in grass or on irregular surfaces. You'll get used to that after a while and will learn how to counter it with some experiance.
Good flying
