| Re: Hello, new guy here Hi there, Welcome ![]() Well they look better on the heli and they make the heli more crash resistant in some places however in a crash they move the weak points to more expensive to fix areas and they still can bend. So for a beginner. its doubtful that they are worth it. For an intermediate to experienced flyer, some "slop" is eliminated so the helis fly a bit better so possibly worth the money once your entering fast forward flight. Hope this helps.... Azzy

| Re: Hello, new guy here Azzy is correct. when you crash (and you will) somethings got to give, so if your always bending feathering shafts and you upgrade to a larger one then something else is going to give like the blade grip ball link holder or something. Just like in my power boat, upgraded the stock prop to a stainless steal one. Well guess what, now instead of just bending the prop it takes out the drive gears! The new stainless steal prop was unscaved. |
