whats the chances

what are the chances for buying a helicopter and it not working right out of the box

Depends on what you mean by "not working". If you mean faulty electronics or broken parts, it depends on the brand. Generally, a helicopter is like any electronic device you buy. There's always a chance of receiving defective merchandise.

If by "not working" you mean that it won't fly right out of the box, I'd say your chances are close to 100%. In my experience, they all need set-up and adjustment before they will fly.

bit of a yes and no answer isnt it, but ied say that while the chances are still there and should be considered, they're unlikely and probably wont happen, besides if it does most companies have some sort of returns policy, i always try and check them before i order
