Help

Hello, i bought a used dragonfly heli (the yellow one) and all it did was spin in circles. I got a new one for Christmas and it does the same thing. Does not lift, just spins on the floor.
Ive tried to adjust the screw to stop the spinning and it did nothing. I've charged the battery several times and dont know what else to do. Any advice appreciated.

Re: Help

there is no trim. the only adjustable feature is a screw on the motor.
I am calling the store tomorrow and try to take it back, ive damaged it a little from it spinning in circles. But since it doesnt fly they should take it back.
