Read the instructions

I rarely read the instructions on anything. New to the task, I thought I would take my new Aeo-Hawk stright up about 20 feet to get some safe altitude away from the ground. And sort of feel her out. It looked great, the rotor spinning the little guy went stright up for about 2 feet, then it sort of slid forward horizonataly off to my right about 5 feet. It was traveling at a very fast rate of speed, very close to the ground. I decided to cut back on the power. The impact was very sudden. I am now looking for spare parts. And I have lots of time to read flying instructions. -Max
