| sorry for this banal question, but I bought a 3 channel PIONEER heli on a street market in Thailand, and the instructions are almost null. now if i turn heli and control on, and move the joys, nothing happens. The machine should work since they tried in front of me, but I think there's a little safety procedure for start-up, like turn on the remote control with joystick down: all I tried was unsuccesful, any help welcome thank u gianni |

| Re: sorry, how to start the heli? Hello, Welcome ![]() Usually the procedure is this.. Turn on the Transmitter with the throttle at minimum (the throttle is whatever stick doesnt self centre) Set the Heli on the ground and then connect the battery. There will normally be an LED visible somewhere on the heli this probably initally flash red and after a few seconds (about 5) go solid green whilst this is going on try not to knock the heli because this will cause the gyro to not set properly. Once the led youve been watching changes to flight mode, you should be good to go. If it doesnt change from its inital state then try pulling the trim down (the little sub control next to the throttle.) and starting again. Hope this helps... Good luck... Azzy

| Re: sorry, how to start the heli? If it has a trim lever on the throttle make sure that's full down also. |
