Blade CP Tail Rotor

Ok, everyone told me to get a honeybee cp2, but I ended up buying a blade cp last night anyways from my lhs. Took it out today in the driveway, and guess what, the post holding the tail up isnt long enough to prevent the tail rotor from striking even the smalles stones. It even isnt strong enough for relatively flat carpet. The only think I have found so far that wont let it strike, is cement and tile. After hitting the stones a few times, the tail rotor now slips out of the holes in the big gear on the back. Any fixes, I thought of glue but I need to be able to change rotors sometime.
