electric feda I was looking at some heli web pages and I came across these two...http://www.rchobby.co.uk/ready2go/feda.html. and this 1..http://www.rchobby.co.uk/helicopter/...licopter.html. Now on the skylard page it says.."with practice you?ll be hovering on the coffee table and trying to pick things up with the under carriage" Are these or just the skylard for indoor use. With a span of 2 feet +r/c, it seems to me a little over the top for indoor use. Can someone highlight upon this? Another thing I noticed, it say.."Feda dragonfly No RC but complete with nimih, charger, gyro, speed controller " NO RC?, does this mean the transmitter? If you go to bottom of the page, it shows a complete package ie trans/heli/batt..etc. I am getting confused now lolLast edited by dredge3 : 07-08-2003 at 01:59 PM.

Tell me what you think of it? I am after an electric one, but not a little indoor one. I have seen a french web site where this person is nuts on electric ones ( had bad times with petrol) now he claims his beats petrol ones, except they dont fly quite as long. I have yet to find someone who sells good outdoor ones...anyone?

hi dredge3 just curious as to why you want electic ? a good one will cost you as much if not more than a petrol. plus all the downside i,m not saying electric is bad just not good for a bigginer. 1-not as stable 2-flight time reduce, i know they have good cells out there but $$$$$$$$$$ 3-more fragile 4- you need realy good chargers and cyclers $$$ 5-less power i've seen good pilots elec and petrol but have yet to see an electric outperform a petrol. a 60 size well tuned at 115 MPH with extrem 3d flying not saying an electric cant 3d but it's not petrol steff
