Can't give specifics, though I'm sure there are many that will, but as a newb myself, I will say make sure you get one with collective pitch (CP) rather than fixed pitch (FP). I went the FP route and am regretting it. Also, if you want to go upside down, you'll need CP though from what I've seen, anything can go upside (once! )

You'd be well advised to get a computer simulator as well. I've found that the cost has been more than saved in the number of crashes that have been simulated rather than real. G3 is a good one but check out the forum for info.

too much money beginning
my solution
buy a walkera 35 or 36 pretty cheap...takes a beating but u dont need to go upside down...u wont be able to as a beginner
hovering is ur first task of duty
these helicopters are built very well and the only fault is no programmable tx(same with every stock helicopter) and servos arent as good as others
servos can be upgrade all 4 for less then 40 bucks.
the stock battery as with all helicopters are nimh (dont give more then7 mins flight time)
this heli is very common
very cheap
easily upgraded
and youll find excelent customer support
as in us the customers here at helifever.com who brought this heli will be able to support u
i own a 35
andyk owns 36
borneobear 36
newpolit -36
post_break(i helped him fly stock heli)
captkds
cheveron
and many many more... with time if u upgrade every here or there is a very cheap way to make ur helicopter preform like championship helis like the trex for way less.
look into it
rcuinverse.com u might find a deal on these machines
people sell very cheap same with the manufacture
check more fourms...read more...no doubt youll find ur calling

with a little bit of upgrade this heli is very very 3d capeable
out of box this heli can do mild 3d but due to servos not being fast fast like others its not very good at hardcore 3d but once u upgrade servos
and get lipo battery and brushless motor(more power) this heli can do some amazing stuff...
