Need help ... copter won't go up !!

Hi guys, i'm new to forums and also new to helicopter hobby ! Nice to meet ya.

I have this electric helicopter called Walker 5#10 , it's an 4 channel. I bought it cause i wanted to feel a cheap one before getting expensive ones. Well, I don't know what happened to it, it never flew high (max 1 meter) right now, it doesn't go up anymore. All it does, when i ascend it, all it does is just spin around, it has rotor blade since it's a cheap one. It seems like the Main Rotor blade isn't turned by the motor but more like by the wind created by the Second Rotor blade.

Is there anything i can try? It never really crashed, the only thing is that it went horizontal and like ... the rotor tried to turn but got stopped by my floor. Please see my youtube video to be more sure what's happening. Thank you very much for your time. Thanks in advance.

Watching your video your top blades is not counter the bottom blades. See if the gears
are meshed properly and also check your trims are neutral along with the gyro. One more thing you probably need to tighten up on those main rotor blades they should not spin to one side like that. Not tight tight but snug them up where they do not spin to one side. They will find center but if there too tight they will not.
