Exclamation Question about lama v3 blades??

hey guys first post here,
I just ordered a new heli after being without one for over a year, and can remember how bad i was at them, i read in the storie section on heli fever that if you cut off an inch of the blades, it adds stability, T/F? and if so, is it advised? Heli should be here friday or monday

Re: Question about lama v3 blades??

Well i dont think anyone here knows but you could always buy a pair of back up/test blades and cut an inch off those then when you remeber how to fly /get good at it again replace the blades and see if they make a difference. If you are good at flying you should be able to land it incase it turns out to be false. Do post what happens tho. Mine comes monday 1 more day( till i get excited and try to fly it and crash. ha)

Re: Question about lama v3 blades??

bad news, crashed mine up bad, was flying it outside and i dont know what happened, it started going forward and i was pulling but with no response, although it might've been just me, who knows it happened so fast, it then crashed, breaking the canopy, the tail boom, bending both shafts a bit, and probably breaking a tooth out of the outer shaft gear >.< spare parts have been ordered

i thought you were getting a v3?
