Blade CX2 vs. lightbulb

So, Im just messing around inside trying to be as extreme as the CX will be. Darting back and forth across the living room, barely avoiding tables and the couch and flowers and whatnot. I come back rushing towards the chandeleer for a return and over estimated the CXs stopping ability. As soon as it was nearing, I knew it was going to hit something. I turned the opposite direction while giving it full forward stick, to no avail. Next thing I heard was a 'POP' followed with the heli falling on the table. I picked the CX back up and finished my flight. Of course, I toned it down a bit after that.
Ill be picking lightbulb fragments up for the next couple days. It went everywhere!

Blade CX2-1
lightbulb-0

Yah the air brakes dont work....nor does moving the body around while trying to make it go where you want it...lol

At least you are picking up light bulb glass and not CX2 parts.

Stock up on parts!!!

I own the Bell 47 version of your heli....great value for money.....I have even seen onboard heli cam footage taken from a CX....must have been a tiny camera.....mine can lift a ball point pen!!! I have tried picking stuff up with a hook.....very tricky but it can be done....hardest bit is dropping the load off beacuse the battery is running down....keep up the airtime!!!!

Re: Blade CX2 vs. lightbulb

Replace your bulbs with compact flourescents. Not only do they use less power, but they're made with thicker glass, so less prone to shatter

Then again, that may hurt the heli. Better to not do that.
