I love the #@#$% speckrum dx6!!!, it's the most reliable thing I ever bought.
A friend of mine gave me JR 7 channel to fool with, I couldn't wait to go back to the Specktrum after 3 glithes on the first day. I was in a busy city field, HOWEVER; out in the country the JR ran fine.

The 2.4 ghz band requires less output for the same distance and the recievers require less amps [saving some battery time] ; AND AT LAST THE BIG HUGE LONG ANTENNA'S ARE GONE!!!;, the only two hitches is the 3 point power curve and LINE OF SIGHT limits, don't let a building or tree get between your heli and radio .
