 Love Affair When I first started with helis I was bewitched by a #4 Dragonfly.I knew she was cheap and unfaithful but she was pretty and I had to have her!Alas,she was fickle,and although we had some good times my love for her began to fade.Then I met her sister-a Walkera 5-4, I flirted with her over the internet for 2 weeks before deciding to bring her home.She was good! She obeyed me!My love and passion were rekindled! I was deliriously happy! But now,the men with the white coats are at my door-I must be quiet.......

| Re: Love Affair Ahh that happens. I have 2 loves aside from my wife and kids. Thats my 22e and my 1958 sporty. Both cost me money both like to give me headaches and both keep me c'mn back for more. I must like the ones with atitudes. I find my self modifing and fabricating parts for them both all the time. Hmm....... Motorized things I can customize, Can you see a pattern. Now if I could just get my wife...... Nevermind wont happen. lol

| Re: Love Affair Yes,motorcycles and helicopters!Love them both!My 76 XLCH outlasted my first marriage-my current wife tolerates my hobbies as long as she gets a "tune up" when she needs one!Got to keep them all running smooth!LOL.

My wife walks around singing (to the oscar meyer hot dog tune) 'Oh I wish I was an RC helicopter' 'That is what I'd really like to be ..ee..eee' 'Cause if I was a RC helicopter' 'My husband would rather play with me .. eeee' Ya see what I have to put up with??!! LOL Actually, she's very cool about the whole thing, I'm a lucky guy!

| Re: Love Affair I wish I could get my lovely wife to love my Helicopter....She was an Avionics Mech in the RAF !! Now thats what I call an asset ! She can fix her own car as well !! Perhaps if I give in and teach her to weld she might?
