a quick tip

hi friends

my excel 6o has been going great for 5 years and in 5 years
there has never been a screw that came loose.

the trick ...yes you figured it out LOCKTITE
but did you know that all screws have oil on them
because of this locktide does not properly bond it works but not
to it's full potential.
this is a long process but wash all screws,nuts,set screws.bolts
with aceton or alchool and then aply a very small amount of locktite.
you will see the difference when you dissasemble a part
the locktite will snap like it should.
but remember SMALL amounts, fine alluminium tread is delicate
so don't over do it .
