I nead help with piccolo

Hi guys,
I have one problem my piccoboard is death so i tried to set him with separate
parts two controlers one reciver and gyro.
my transmiter is futaba fc 16 and i use et for revo mixer.
problem is that i cant make good setup tail is spining and it is not cotrolable
if somebody has similar problem i ask for your help
