Walkera 4ch crash repairs - HELP!!!

I need a little help. I recently bought a walkera which I am very pleased with. I wish I could say the same about my flying though. I managed a few feeble indoor lift off's but when I tried outdoors I crashed with spectacular effect. I broke the tail motor (now replaced) and the mainbody. I have got a new one but cannot get the old apart, or the new one back together Any tips would be greatfully appreciated
