E-sky honey-bee tranceiver problem

Hi,

I fried the tail motor of my e-sky after hovering several batery-packs and ordered a new one. After installing the new motor the tranceiver led keeps blinking red-green. I have set my throttle and trim all the way down.
When connecting the battery it blinks red 3 times and after that it keeps flashing green/red. I can't figure out what the problem is.
