how to setup zap 400 & control stick

Hi everyone,

I have problem setup the collective pitch using a paper pitch guage, its come with it when I bought the Heli. I also not understand how to setup the setting on the the controller stick.


I not even fly the heli above a feet. And cause me replaced the blade, main shafe and tail rod because it crashed.

I am using Futaba 6XA, Zap 400 heli.
Please give me some guides.
