Re: Esky HoneyBee King II

Wow, I didn't realize that flying helis can be so much work. My 4ch dragonfly worked straight out of the box and repairs have been simple. I changed the mode of my dragonfly controller to mode 2 as it was mode 1 before, and on the first flight I crashed it because I wasn't used to the controls. I bought the esky simulator controller (mode 2) which has helped me get used to the mode 2 controls. We'll see when the spares arrive. After I'm comfortable flying my 4ch drag in mode 2 then I'll buy the King II. Hopefully I won't have to work on it to get it working, but we'll see. I'm not sure how I'll go about attaching a brushless motor though. What is a pinion and will I need one for upgrading to brushless?
