yes i know what the problem is it happened to me it's the little gear behind the big main gear the one that the belt drives off it has a tiny little pin in the middle of it and it strips it's crap that is why i got rid of it and changed it to a totally diff type which i got from rcmods.co.uk the small gear that has stripped is very cheap to bye but you have to split the whole heli to replace it
have fun

Re: Walker 36 Gyro Rudder Problems

I have the same problem and saw ZXR750's responce and he is right. After splitting this thing almost in half I found the problem was what he said. I have a Raptor G2 which has the same parts as your heli. I had no luck finding the part on that web site he mentioned so I ordered a few more plastic ones and will add some glue when I get them.

Dont give up.

Re: Walker 36 Gyro Rudder Problems

Haha,
I had the same problem. I just superglued it and it was fine.

Now I am having pitch problems. I cannot get enough pitch to get airborne.
It also may be possible that I am just not getting enough speed to get lift too though... I can't find the other thread that was talking about this though.
Anyone remember?

Re: Walker 36 Gyro Rudder Problems

had the same problem you need to unlock the PIT/PLT dip switch on the back of the Tx. and turn them to 3/4 adj. to increase the pitch and head speed to gain altitude. be aware that if the tail starts to porpus / up & down the Heli's rotor blades have too much pitch.
