Question Help me for My Dragonfly #5

I am having Dragonfly #5. Initially its both rotor were running normally. Later only top rotor was running and bottom was off, now bottom is ok and top is stopped. I am very beginner of RC Helis and still waiting for its first flight!! Any guy can recommend me usefull tips for my successive flight and to run both the rotors?

Have you checked that all the connectors to the motors/ gyro board are all ok, try unplugging then replugging them all, also try carefully tweaking the mixer screw on the gyro board.

I tried all options and finally I dismental Heli and interchanged motor connection, still motor is not working so what I assume is motor is dead.

I suggest that you connect the motors directly to the battery, (having removed them from the heli) one at a time, if they run you must have a fault on the reciever mixer board.
