BLADE CX2 Help

Hey guys,
I had to replace the lower rotor head on my Blade CX2. I also replaced the flybar while I was at it since it was bent a little bit. I followed the diagram in the manual meticuously, and was very careful to the process of taking the inner shaft out, etc. I installed the new rotor head and flybar, and made sure that I put everything back in place according to the diagram. I then tested the controls per the manual as if I was flying it for the first time , out of the box. Everything checked out as it should, and I had no left over parts !! I was thinking we are in business. So I installed the battery, fuselage, etc and when I spooled up it counter rotated as it should, however it wanted to yaw to the right and bank right while still on the skids as well. Then at full power it would just spin in a circle on the skids and not go flying. I have the battery on charge now (thinking that the battery was very weak). I think it may have been the battery. Do any of you experts think it was the setup or any problem on my end ? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated !!
Steve

Re: BLADE CX2 Help

not sure about banking but yaw this could be the trimmer pot. might be able to trim out the yaw. if it spins (nose right) turn 1/8th counter clock wise. till it stops spinning. remember to unplug the pack before you adjust trim then plug it in' check it and repeat as needed.
if this don't get it it may be a problem with the shafts them selves.

Red face Re: BLADE CX2 Help

whats up just thought i would jump in with a few things.
check both the gears for wear."it has happend to me twice when it hit the ground"
check to see if you maybe over tight. rotate the blades with finger tip and fill for drag.
does it fill loose?
check the blades. there is an upper and lower set and yes if you dont look you can very easly put the top on the bottom and the bottom on the top.

rebuilding does get better. you just keep with it.
