Re: Xtreme Blade Problems (Blade CX2)

SAC Man: I'm just getting a fairly well modified CX2 from a helo pilot who moved up into the TREX series....and will be just starting out and learning to fly. I see you're in Orangevale....maybe if I have some problems with setting it up you could give me some pointers. I live in Elk Grove.

Re: Xtreme Blade Problems (Blade CX2)

ahh. cx2.com. kr hobbies also has an extreme kit. this is the kit i have. it uses the stock lower.
my brother has the cx2.com "extreme core" kit. he could not get the short flybar to work. said it produced a similar symptom. (no control) if you are using the short fb try switching back to the stock one.

Re: Xtreme Blade Problems (Blade CX2)

yah i have the extreme core also. no problems with the short flybar. the blades they gave away as free with the extreme kit a few months back had bad blade design. the blades are the ones with the painted tips. my heli would go into an uncontrolable wobble and would lay over in the air. i called them cx2.com, and they said the blades were bad... i put the micro heli blades on and it flew like a champ. problem solved. that may be whats going on. gl
