I am cunfuzzed please help

i am trying to ajust my CX2 to when i give it throttle it will list strieght up and reading the instructions and folling them i have only one prob. it say's that if the tail turns 1 way adjust for the oppisit. well how do i know what is moveig the nose or the tail HELPme understand witch is left or right in a circle

You should be viewing the heli with the tail pointing towards you. Positioned that way left rudder should turn the nose to the left, right to the right.

the tail is away from me but what i mean is trying to tune the heli, i cant figure out what is turning the tail or the nose when it is in hover and i am not touching the stick.it is hard to explain

The tail should be pointed towards you. Not away. If the nose is turning left, adjust the trim right. Nose turning right, adjust the trim left. Again, tail pointed towards you, not away.

Also, the CX2 tail will always drift some as the battery drains.
