Talking Recycled CX Blades

I finally received some parts today and was able to fly my Blade CX only to have it crash and take about 3/4 inch of blade off one top rotor. I really wanted to keep on flying so I just cut 3/4 inch off of the other top blade and the thing works fine. It needs a little more jam to take off, but I got a little more life out of the blade...... dont toss em'......cut em and reuse em!

Re: Recycled CX Blades

Something else you can do is find the part that broke off, and tape it back on with that clear packing tape. Or anothering I've did, didnt work too good, is to actually make the blades out of layers of the packing tape. It works fine as long as you just make parts no more than a half inch or so.
