help on blade pro

i just bought this heli used it looks like its in good condion. but i have a question. the tail ruder wants to turn freely on the rod an also the rod its on turns when the back spins is it supose to be glued or is i,m talking about the long rod that runs into the body that the tail ruder is on. sorry about the terms this is my first heli

I think it's glued in. I replaced the frame and tail boom (long shaft) on my Cp Pro. I glued it in because I couldn't separate the parts without breaking the shaft on my old one.

ok thanks i glued it an put new blades on it but i found out the servo was on rev changrd it an it flew good thanks
