Blade CP

With transmitter on and all controls/trims at neutral, (zero throttle) the swash plate as viewed from the front of helicopter is tilted severely to the left, the right-rear servo arm is at about the 2:00 position, forcing the control linkage up almost against the rotor head. Also the servo seems to be buzzing. Anyone know what is wrong here? This is right out of the box!

Is the Idle up off?? Toward the back of transmitter. Is the throttle (( trim down all the way?)) Is the 4 in 1 lights a sold green? flashing? sold red?Did you put battery all 8 of them in transmitter??? Did you charge up the flight pack battery first??????
