Upgrading To Better Radio For Blade

Fellas, asking questions. Can you upgrade to a better radio (Futaba, Hitec, Airtronics, JR) computer radio and still make the little bird perform. I have purchased a 8 channel Futaba computer radio. Can I make this radio work with the Blade or do I still have to use the stock radio. If anyone has done this mod or upgraded to a better radio for the blade please post a reply. Thanks The Spudman

Here's a post for the 7CHP with the BCP. It will probably be very similar to the 8 channel. All you need is a single conversion crystal for the Rx.
