Sticky Collective Fix

Tried this on my bird and lo and behold no problems. Just by switching the washer/spacer to spacer/washer on the blade grip pin works wonders. When you pull the center shaft out be careful not to loose the washers on the inside of the grips that are against the center o-rings. Also note that these washers sits with the flat side toward the 0-ring and the flanged side out towards the bearing.
