Question Gyro Problems Again??

The other day while flying the helicopter, the tail was wagging a bit more than usual. I thought What is this? I thought the problem was fixed!? I lowered the gain and things were better. I thought.
Today as I got the copter ready for starting I noticed an oily film on the inside of the canopy.. well after I finished flying I found the problem.
the pressure fitting on the muffler which is plugged off fell out. I also remember hearing a slight difference in the sound but didn't think much of it as the heli was performing real well.
Well I dropped a rivit in the hole with some CA for a seal and reset the Gyro
back to where it was (Recorded in log book) and tried it in the yard. Smooth as glass and ready for another flying session.
