| Set blade tracking, tested I-Up 1… good. While hovering at 12 feet I noticed the throttle was acting weird. After landing saw the throttle arm on the carb was disconnected. There was little fuel left so I had to wait it out. The engine was at full throttle and while waiting I tried I-Up 2 and brought it to a hover for a few seconds then landed and waited for the engine to quit. Throttle arm snapped off at the carb so now I have to wait to order a new one. Well this blow's the 100 flight's before the 18th! Must wait till the 18th to order. Jim |

| Re: **Excerpts From A Flying Session** Sounds like you kept very cool.....very important quality for the hobby...to keep cool and just wait things out....including spare part ordering heheheh sorry...couldnt resist.Sure know how it feels, I have to wait for ages to get parts...I tried century themselves but that was a slow and painful experience (never did order in the end) I now use the reps in the UK instead. | Back in the race for 100! I used a metal computer card cover which has 2 ribs pressed on either side for added strength. The throttle linkage now is set at overkill for strength. The original is thicker but brittle and with vibration will problably fail again. This one is real wide and the same in all the right ways. I hate waiting and hate even more when I can't fabricate a replacement!!! Batteries on charge and looking forward for another chance at pushing that envalope in the sky! Jim |
