Need help

hello all I'm having some problems getting my heli to hover. I give it a little throttle and when it gets light on the skids the tail spins left and it also drifts left, no amount of trim seems to help, it also seems to pitch forward when I give it right stick to counter the left drift whats going on? the tail rotor is also spinning clockwise is this right or should it be the opposite?

Thanks

JD

Re: Need help

OK I think I may have solved the problem. I was looking at the control linkages and realized that one of them was too short and was pulling the aileron too far down which I believe is what was making the heli drift left, so I tried to fix that but ended up breaking the swashplate getting the control arm off I have another swashplate coming, but I really need to find a better made one that the stock plastic any Suggestions?

Thanks

JD
