| Re: gyro help!!! Hi the gyro stops the heli from spinning on its access. it is called yaw, but the gyro is supposed to act against the directionof your heli's yaw. It is probably a simple thing like the gyro switch is reversed. if your heli spin speeds up when you try and counter the spin then it is you rudder that needs reversing. there should be a switch on your transmitter normaly labled rud, this needs to be flicked. then slowly bring the heli up to speed on a smooth surface and see if this has stopped it. ![]()

| Re: gyro help!!! Is that right? the gyro 'sense' would need to be reversed I would have thought.....check your tail blades....switch heli on but unplug the motor....makeing sure it cant go anywhere. Put your rudder stick right...no watch theTRAILING EDGES of the tail rotor blades....these edges should go RIGHT....go left and the trailing edges should go left....you should be BEHIND the heli while checking....very important so you dont get confused. Ok....now spin the heli....stay behind it....spin the nose RIGHT...the gyro should try to correct by putting the trailing edges of the tail blades LEFT.....and vice versa. Make sure the gyro is doing the corrections. Then go fly.....just be gentle as you push the throttle/collective up....and see what happens. Rob |

| Re: gyro help!!! In the off chance you still have this problem, mess with the mixes, there should be to potentiometers on the 5-in-1 (or gyro if you have it) You may need to adjust tail mixing. |

| Re: gyro help!!! Bink, is your tail control linkage binding at all? Does the servo travel as far as necessary? Make sure that the tail servo is working properly (maybe it needs to be centered?) |
