don't fly when cold

plastic that the H/B is made with is not good in the cold. has any body else had problems with plastic breaking in the cold ?

Yes i had 2 servos gears gone on my t-rex and lipo batteries do not like cold weather also they seem to be not fully charged when they are this can be overcome if you keep them in your inside pocket but for the plastics LOL

Yea, even on my nitro rustler, its pretty brittle in the cold, and with a couple r/c planes, the plastic just snaps like twigs...but thats what you get for playin in the snow

Yea, in the summer its always light, but not in the winter... it's pretty nice

I really envy you, Alaska is a beautiful state. (dont know about the cost of living though)
