Align trex tail rotor wag problems

hi! i have problems with the tail rotor wagging. when i give a input on the tail rotor servo, and look on the pitch change slider, it never return to the same position when i return input to neutral. it seems that the slider is a bit sticky. I've disconnected the servo input rod and tried to move it. sticky. i've tried to lub it. still sticky(at least at the edges.) the linkages is not sticky.

any ideas how to get it sliding smoothly?

What gyro do you use ??? heading hold or lock gyros never return to nutral when in hold mode.
Sticky tail at the ends it's normal in a way if you have the screws that hold the tail pitch push rods tite try losing 1/2 a turn to 1 the push rods that conect to the blade holders unscrew the bolts a little that will lose the pitch at the ends of travel do not worry they will not come loose.
