Warp 4 /mega 16-15-3 3000kv... Pinion???

I have read different things.. One said that I should use a 13t pinion the other a 15t. My Warp 4 is running a little hot. I am doing mostly hover and fast circuts. Using align 35a esc. 315pro blades. on 450x with a kokam 3s 2000mah. +/_ 8.5 pitch. head around 2100 rpm.

I can't figure out if I am running too strong or too fast. Maybye should cut the difference and go for a 14t?

Re: Warp 4 /mega 16-15-3 3000kv... Pinion???

Hi,

I seem to be getting a little hot around the motor and esc, i have recorded
186f on the motor and would think that this is quite a lot to high.
Will changing the pinion help reduce the temp, at the moment i have the 13t.
I am running the 430l 3550kv and align 35G esc.

thanks to anyone who can help.
