Question Hello, All TREX question?

Hello,

I 'am new to RC heli's. Bought a TREX 450SE I've had help setting it up and I have been doing some small hovering 2-3' hovers and bouncing in to grass. Tonight I noticed the tail rotor not running the same speed. I tightened the belt, checked the gears all seems OK. I can set the gyro and hover at about 2' then, when I go up higher in altitude the tail rotor seems to fail theres a change in sound and i get real nice pirouttes but, they are not planned. I was thinking maybe a stretched belt?

Thanks in advance,

RoboM3

Thumbs up Re: Hello, All TREX question?

Check your drive hub(front pully) , It sounds like it may be stripped or the glue came loose. Just try to make it slip, It should not move on the shaft at all.
