| Newbie with a newie! Hi all! Just bought myself a TRex special edition (alloy and CF bits gallore!), and will start building it shortly. I didnt want to spend so much on a first chopper but couldnt refuse the price and it looks cool! the only thing i havent bought is the transmitter and receiver. what do you guys use? what should i look out for? and help is appreciated. Cheers!   |

| Re: Newbie with a newie! Hiya, Ive got a Futaba FF7 Tx which is quite nice and an Align Rx running Align servos and Gyro. Though if I was doing it again I think Id buy a Hyperion Rx which apparently "learns" about your Tx so as to reduce glitches (although my align one is okay) |

| Re: Newbie with a newie! I am interested in the JR XP6102 with JR PCM receiver. I have been offered a good price for it and is the best ive seen so far. Any comments on this radio? |

| Re: Newbie with a newie! Well i bit the bullet and bought the JR X2610 (XP6102) - both radios are the same, the X2610 is the Aussie version. Also got the PCM receiver and a SJ Swallow charger. Got all my bits now and can start building this little beauty! |
