explosive or lighting MX 400

i've posted my needs/wants for my first heli in another thread. which was brushless,belt or shaft driven tail rotor, comes with electronics, and 3D capable. the MX 400 lightning brushless/lithium combo package, and the E-sky brushless/lithium combo package(with dual tail motors added on and comes with transmitter are the two main ones ive had my eye on.
but ive got a question about the MX 400. it has two different kits available, the lightning and the explosive kit. the explosive kit comes with....

the differences are the batteries they come with, the brushless motor, the gyro, and the servos.
now onto my question, is the difference worth $200. because if the lightning package is going to satisfy me just fine then i wont even consider the explosive kit. mainly because ive still gotta buy a transmitter, which is , for a decent one, around a $100, correct me if im wrong. so exactly how much of a difference are the hitec standard feather servos from the align super micros. and how much of a difference is the ACN16-15-3 Mega ACn 16-15-3 Brushless motor from the KX850097TC 400LF Brushless Helicopter Motor (2800KV). also how much of a difference are the batteries DS-B13503 Lightning Power 1350mAh 3S1P 11.1V pack (Short). and the DS-XP22503 Lightning Power 2200mAh 3S1P 11.1V pack (Long). and last but not least what about the gyros TLBGR301 Super Micro Heading Hold Gyro vs. FUTM0809 Futaba GY240 Gyro with Heading Hold. any reply is appreciated and thanks for your time.

where do you live? if in US look at grand RC and get their align420LF it's one of the most trustworthy motors you can get plus it's only $45. Then just get a 35A ESC and a 2200mAh li-poly 9C+ four hitec servos

so youre saying dont buy the kits..........? just buy the $150 kit without anything and get the motor,esc,battery,servos sepperate. that sounds like a plan, i may do that. thanks.
