i have only flew helis with the fly bar below the rotor blades i guess i havent really seen a fly bar above the blades up close, but i can't really fathem the idea of the linkage above the blades, now i know they make this set up on the raptor helis, just haven't looked at it that hard. it does not really affect the helis performance because you can 3d with the flybar above or below. so i think i would take a closer look at both types of heads and check what the part count would be on both ,because if you crash and damage the head you may be buying mor parts for one or the other.
