I use 5 min epoxy on my muffler and for some reason it just doesn't last. I wiggled my muffler after flying yesterday and it was really loose. Explains the oil dripping all over the place. I tightened it up but may take it off and redo it.
I may try to loc-tite the screws. I never bothered before because of all the fuel in the threads and you just can't get a clean surface in the threads.
